Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist the management in the development of the organization’s long-term strategic plans.
• Continually review the firm's competitive position in the market and advise the team.
  
• Perform market analysis to define the firm's competitive landscape and recommend marketing interventions.
• Create and implement marketing initiatives that support the firm's objectives.
  
• Coordinate relationships and acquaint with current and prospective networks of clients and partners.
  
• Seek new business sign-ups and proactively originate and maintain demand for new opportunities for new revenue streams.
  
• Keep abreast with industry trends and provide feedback to management for strategic planning.
  
• Assist management with the definition of growth and profitability objectives, and the development of plans for their achievement.
• Reinforce the firm's culture and values, drive change management efforts and provide constructive and timely feedback and training to enhance team performance.
• Manage the sales agents of the firm 

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 4 years experience in a real estate marketing capacity preferably in Lagos.
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns is a plus.
  
• A strong ability to develop and motivate a team, and to collaborate and act as a team player.
  
• Familiarity with relevant technology tools such as Microsoft Office 365.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  
• Great communication and presentation skills.
  
• Problem-solving mindset.
