Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will assist the HOD with the implementation of the company’s business strategy, ensuring the growth of the organization’s market share and premium income within the mandate of the corporate marketing department
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of B.Sc./HND in insurance, economics, accounting, business administration and other social sciences and humanities courses.
- Professional qualifications; ACII, ACIIN, and any other professional Insurance qualifications recognized in Nigeria
- MBA added advantage
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience 3 years of which must have been at a managerial level in an insurance company
- Understanding of the private sector and public sector in the Insurance market.
- A good track record in managing and overseeing marketing team in a complex and diverse operations.
- Advanced strategic thinking, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and capacity to foster a cooperative work environment and work effectively with all levels of staff and key stakeholders.
