Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase market share and brand presence.
- Lead and coordinate product positioning, pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies.
- Conduct market research, consumer behavior analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and distribution teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage the marketing budget, campaigns, and return on investment (ROI).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights for product development and innovation.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG or tangible product space.
- Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, and market analytics.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering measurable results.
