Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a full-scale marketing strategy aligned with the company’s revenue and brand objectives.
- Establish the marketing department structure, including hiring and managing a team (digital marketers, content creators, social media managers, etc.).
- Define KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics to track marketing effectiveness.
- Drive lead generation and conversion strategies to meet the 1 billion Naira annual sales target.
- Develop high-ticket client acquisition strategies (luxury residential, corporate, hospitality, and real estate developers).
- Implement CRM strategies to nurture leads and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Build and maintain a strong luxury brand identity for the firm.
- Oversee content marketing, including blogs, case studies, and portfolio showcases.
- Manage PR efforts, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand credibility. - Ensure consistent branding across all channels (website, social media, print, events).
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Plan and execute high-impact offline campaigns (exhibitions, trade shows, networking events).
- Leverage visual storytelling (video marketing, 3D renderings, virtual tours) to attract clients. - Optimize the company website for lead capture and conversion.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferably in interior design, luxury real estate, architecture, or high-end retail).
- Proven track record of setting up a marketing department from scratch.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth (experience with high-value B2B/B2C clients is a plus).
- Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media ads), CRM tools, and analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics

Remuneration: NGN 500,000
