â¢Oversee the companyâs marketing strategy development and coordinate marketing activities in line with set goals and objectives.
â¢ Design and articulate the companyâs marketing strategy and drive implementation aimed at increasing revenue generation
â¢ Champion market research and intelligence activities geared towards providing information on consumer trends, and preferences.
â¢ Support in generating strategies for growing market share, brand reputation, and positioning to improve business growth.
â¢ Engage marketing communication agencies to drive sales performance and guide activities in alignment with brand ethos.
â¢ Identify new growth opportunities through consumer interactions and provide feedback to the Sales and Research and Development teams to aid new product development.
Qualification/ Requirements â¢ First degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
â¢ Minimum of 15 years post NYSC work experience in a similar role with at least 5 years at the mid-managerial level, in an FMCG industry.
â¢ Professional certification in Marketing will be an advantage e.g. NIMN, CIMM, CMMP, etc.
â¢ MBA or Masterâs Degree in Marketing is an added advantage.
