Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Formulating and executing marketing plans to promote properties and the company's brand.
• Overseeing online and offline marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and print advertising.
• Conducting research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Coordinating with sales teams, property managers, and other departments.
• Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
• Developing compelling content for various channels, including social media posts, website copy, and brochures.
• Managing the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation of resources. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing roles, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and/or team leadership.
• Additional certifications in digital marketing or real estate marketing may be advantageous. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects. 
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their best practices. 
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
