Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Research and develop marketing and sales strategies for the business
  • Maintaining client relations and customer relationships 
  • Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports for management and proposing new strategies to stimulate growth
  • Implement marketing campaigns and analyze performance, both online and offline
  • Grow distribution width and depth in the designated allocated territory and sales area
  • Create engaging content/generate social media awareness and be the first responder to customer comments and messages
  • Working with management to identify and manage company risks that might prevent the growth
  • Contribute to other general business development processes and activities as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 4 years of working experience
  • Good communication skills
