Job Description/Requirements
Requirements:
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance in person and via telephone calls and emails on a daily basis.
- Develop and implement a Marketing plan that will meet both personal and business goals expanding the Customer base.
- Prepare reports of market and customer information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing it on a weekly basis.
- Research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvement.
- Deliver product samples for the client’s approval as needs arise.
- Attend exhibitions, presentations, and company events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 3 - 5 years of proven relevant experience
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
- Strong analytical, time management, and creativity skills
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strong
ability to focus on customers or markets and take initiative experience with social
media
