Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Collaborate with senior marketing staff to create targeted campaigns across various platforms.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads). Analyze web traffic and social media metrics to improve digital campaigns. Create engaging content for digital platforms (blogs, newsletters, ads, etc.).
- Content Creation & Management: Develop content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media posts. Coordinate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality promotional materials. Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice and objectives.
- Brand Management: Support the development and execution of branding initiatives to ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms. Monitor brand performance and make recommendations for improvements based on market feedback.
- Campaign Management & Execution: Implement marketing campaigns and ensure their timely execution. Track the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics like ROI, engagement, and conversion rates. Assist in organizing events, promotions, and product launches to enhance brand presence.
- Customer & Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer preferences, trends, and behaviors. Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services and tailor marketing strategies. Analyze competitor marketing strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals. Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations that support marketing campaigns.
- Budget & Reporting: Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure campaigns are executed within budget constraints. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and campaign effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on data analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing trends, and branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Working Conditions:
- Typically office-based with regular working hours.
