Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive bookings and achieve a 70%+ occupancy rate.
- Boost visibility on booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) and direct channels (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, website).
- Generate and nurture leads through targeted campaigns, social media engagement, SEO, Google Ads, & email marketing.
- Create engaging content (posts, blogs, videos) & coordinate high-quality visuals to showcase property features and promotions.
- Optimize and manage listings on short-let platforms and property sites to maximize reach and conversions.
- Partner with influencers, third-party agents, or event organizers to expand audience reach.
- Monitor guest reviews and online reputation, responding promptly to enhance brand trust.
- Track campaign performance and occupancy metrics, delivering monthly ROI reports.
- Design and implement promotions, loyalty programs, or referral campaigns to boost bookings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, real estate, or shotlet property sectors.
- Expertise in social media marketing, SEO, paid ads (Meta, Google), and email campaigns.
- Strong writing and communication skills for creating compelling content.
- Creative flair for branding and visual storytelling (e.g., Canva or basic graphic design skills).
- Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently in remote/hybrid settings with strong time management.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with photography, video editing, or graphic design.
- Knowledge of CRM tools or property management systems.
- Prior success managing social media ad campaigns.
