Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving the organization’s revenue growth by developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and closing sales. This role combines creative marketing tactics with proactive sales efforts to promote products or services and achieve business objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Manage social media platforms, engage with the audience, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital tools to drive website traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build relationships and increase visibility.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales department and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and lead generation platforms.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record in sales and marketing.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing or Sales Management are a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing and sales roles.
  • Tech-savvy
  • Industry-specific experience is desirable but not mandatory.
