Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers who require regular import/export services.
- Visit markets, shops, small business owners, and individuals to promote the company’s services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Educate clients on pricing, logistics processes, and delivery timelines.
- Collect feedback and provide market insights to help improve service delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly customer acquisition and performance targets.
- Report daily and weekly marketing activities to the management team.
- Participate in monthly performance reviews and planning meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or customer acquisition is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Familiar with local business environments and able to identify prospects such as tailors, dry food sellers, and online merchants.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
