Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Present and promote products/services to new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and expand a client database within the assigned territory.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in line with company policies.
- Prepare reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and product training sessions as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably female
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound selling.
Location: Edo
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
