We are looking for Marketers that will be responsible for working with other marketing staff to develop unique campaign ideas to market a company’s products, services or overall brand identity.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors in the security equipment industry.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's security products and their features.
- Create marketing strategies and plans to promote security products effectively.
- Generate marketing content, including brochures, videos, and online materials, to showcase the products' benefits.
- Manage online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, to reach the target audience.
- Implement lead generation tactics to capture potential customers' information and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and build relationships.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and gathering feedback for product improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns and efficient resource allocation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure all marketing materials adhere to legal requirements.
- Provide regular reports to management on marketing performance and ROI.
- Uphold and enhance the company's brand image and reputation in the security equipment market.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to stay competitive.
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND/ BSc degree in marketing or any related field.
- 2 - 3 years of marketing experience with a track record of achievement.
- Effective writing, speaking, presenting, and active listening skills
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients, and customers where applicable
- Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Understanding of industry best practices
- Creativity, adaptability and familiarity with current marketing trends
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Must be of good moral standing.
- Project management skills, like goal-setting and deadline management
- Great organization, time management, and prioritization abilities
- Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
- Ready to work in the interest and progress of the company.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 to 200,000 (negotiable) plus commission
