QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science Technology, Agriculture Science, Crop/Food Production, or a related field.
At least 7 years’ relevant experience in the food industry, preferably in rice milling
Impressive demonstrable track record and experience in Rice Processing /Milling
Have considerable knowledge of good management practices.
Knowledge and experience in competitive inventory management, customer creditworthiness, and product knowledge and proficiency.
Understand the processes of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship.
Must be able to obtain and keep all necessary certifications, licenses, and permits from appropriate institutions.
Exhibit essential skills such as business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.
Excellent team-building, decision-making, and people-management abilities
Analytical skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and management system expertise
Contribute strategically to system development to reduce product failure or reprocessing costs and improve customer satisfaction.
Capable of working efficiently under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
