- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 2 years
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders.
- Establish portion sizes.
- Schedule kitchen staff shifts
- Must introduce menu every 2months
- Price menu items in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager
- Train kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniques
- Keep weekly and monthly cost reports.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.
- Ensure swift delivery of food and communication with customer.
- The ideal candidate must be a local/continental chef.
- Must have experience in hospitality.
