Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders.
  • Establish portion sizes.
  • Schedule kitchen staff shifts
  • Must introduce menu every 2months
  • Price menu items in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager
  • Train kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniques
  • Keep weekly and monthly cost reports.
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.
  • Ensure swift delivery of food and communication with customer.


Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate must be a local/continental chef.
  • Must have experience in hospitality.
