Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and dynamic Events & Clients Services Assistants to support our Clients Services department. This role involves a blend of event management and clients services responsibilities, ensuring the seamless execution of events and the provision of excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for event planning and client satisfaction.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of event projects.
  • Provide administrative support for event preparation and client services activities, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of event specifications and client requests to ensure all aspects are handled according to specifications.
  • Support the client services team by managing client communications via phone, and email.
  • Handle post-event tasks including feedback collection, reporting, and follow-up communications with clients and vendors
  • Manage and update databases with client and event information
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Client Services and Events department.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s Degree in English Language, Mass Communications, or certification in Project Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, project planning, or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • 2 years of experience
