Job Summary

The appointee would be responsible for developing and executing a results-driven social media strategy, develop and create engaging content for social media across different platforms. Design, build and maintain a social media presence for the business, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Job Description/Requirements

 The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and create engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
  • Participate in all events of business and produce live social media content.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify and optimize the use of sales funnels.
  • Create a social media calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing strategy.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Create landing pages for the business and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.

 Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • OND in business management, computer science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience with social media and digital marketing, content development.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development.
  • Creating and maintaining client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused.
  • Proficient in Sales, marketing, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing social media adds campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Coral Draw, PowerPoint, etc)
