We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as an Influencer Recruiter. As an Influencer Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding micro to mega influencers to participate in our campaigns. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive database of influencer rate cards and contact information to streamline campaign planning and execution. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Outreach and Onboarding:
  • Identify and research potential influencers across various social media platforms who align with our client's campaign objectives
  • Initiate and manage outreach efforts to influencers through emails, direct messages, and other appropriate channels
  • Present compelling campaign opportunities and benefits to influencers, emphasizing the value of collaboration with BuzzBite
  • Coordinate influencer agreements and ensure all necessary details are clearly communicated and understood
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, serving as their main point of contact throughout campaign collaborations
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive database of influencers, including rate cards, contact information, and relevant insights
  • Update the database with accurate and current influencer profiles, ensuring it serves as a valuable resource for campaign planning and execution
  • Regularly verify influencer information and rate cards to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Monitor influencer trends, audience demographics, and performance metrics to inform database updates and campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Campaign Managers and Marketing, to align influencer selections with campaign goals
  • Provide regular reports and insights on influencer recruitment efforts, including success rates, engagement levels, and any challenges faced
  • Share valuable feedback from influencers to improve campaign experiences and enhance future collaborations


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in influencer outreach, influencer marketing, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer dynamics, and influencer marketing trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with influencers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing influencer databases and information
  • Creative thinking and ability to identify unique and relevant influencers for various campaigns
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in research and data collection techniques
