Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketer to lead our influencer outreach and collaboration strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with social media influencers, brand ambassadors, and online personalities. Please note that this is not a remote position.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
  • Identify and vet suitable influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and deliverables for collaborations and partnerships.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, ensuring timely content delivery and approvals.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and generate detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, social media, and design) to create compelling briefs and support materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Manage influencer databases, tools, and outreach platforms.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, HypeAuditor) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for digital trends, pop culture, and online storytelling.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a PR or digital marketing agency is a plus.
