Responsibilities:
- Support HR staff with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist with paperwork, data entry, and HR systems.
- Coordinate training, events, or wellness programs.
- Handle employee queries, sort out issues.
- Learn HR policies, practices, and laws.
- Help with reporting, analytics, and projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND.
- No experience/less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role,
- Good communication.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- People skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
