Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

Process Optimization:
- Evaluate existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement.

Resource Management:
- Efficiently manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to meet operational targets.
- Forecast resource needs and allocate them effectively to support business objectives.
- Monitor and control operational costs to ensure financial sustainability.
Risk Management:
- Assess operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Establish and maintain contingency plans to ensure business continuity in the face of unexpected challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 5 years of working experience
