Head of Marketing

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will ensure capacity and capability in business strategy and effectiveness in developing, growing, stabilizing the corporate marketing premium income and managing, motivating the marketing Team to always excel at all times
  

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of B.Sc./HND in insurance, economics, accounting, business administration and other social sciences and humanities courses.
• Professional qualifications; ACII, ACIIN, and any other professional Insurance qualifications recognized in Nigeria
• MBA will be added advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience and 10 years which must have been in a senior management level in a life insurance company 
  
• Extensive understanding of the role of the private sector and public sector
• A good track record in managing and overseeing marketing team in a complex and diverse operations.
• Good understanding of the economy and challenges of different companies, market peculiarities, and drivers of change in the economy.
• Advanced strategic thinking, negotiation, and analytical abilities. 
• Effective monitoring of metrics and results.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and demonstrated capacity to foster a cooperative work environment and work effectively with all levels of staff and key stakeholders.
