Conduct market research and analysis to identify target customers, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the quick-service restaurant industry. Develop and manage the annual marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities are within budget constraints. Oversee the development of advertising and promotional materials, such as print and digital ads, social media campaigns, email marketing, and in-store signage. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute marketing programs. Manage and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure ROI and adjust strategies as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure media coverage and endorsements. Lead the development and execution of customer loyalty and retention programs. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing programs are executed in-store effectively and consistently across all locations. Develop and manage relationships with external partners and vendors, such as printers, photographers, and production companie.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the quick service restaurant industry. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
