Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with T2Bet's business objectives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and high performance.
- Prepare and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; use insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Design, implement, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, influencer partnerships, and affiliate programs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future efforts.
- Develop strategies for enhancing customer engagement through loyalty programs, promotions, and personalized marketing efforts.
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer support to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience.
