Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our YouTube channel (@validatefirst), coordinating content production and community engagement
• Orchestrate our content marketing strategy across platforms, working with technical team members to ensure alignment with our core pillars: Validation Methodology, Smart Development, and Launch Success
• Lead our LinkedIn community building efforts through daily engagement and weekly content coordination
• Manage lead generation campaigns and nurture prospects through our sales pipeline
• Conduct initial discovery calls and demos with potential clients, understanding their needs and explaining our validation-first approach
• Coordinate the development and distribution of lead magnets
• Track and report on key metrics, including YouTube subscriber growth, content engagement rates, and lead conversion rates

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing, community management, or related field
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with content marketing and social media management
• Basic understanding of digital product development (we'll provide additional training)
• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on marketing metrics
• Is passionate about helping businesses succeed through smart product development
• Enjoys breaking down complex topics into accessible content
• Has strong organizational and project management skills
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
