Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Growth Marketer to lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, running experiments, and optimizing the customer journey across digital channels.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement dual-track growth marketing strategies catering to both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Develop hyper-focused, personalised campaigns for B2C segments to drive individual conversions
  • Create and manage larger-scale marketing initiatives for B2B clients
  • Analyse customer journey data across both business models to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Manage segmented marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, social media, and other paid marketing)
  • Build and optimise conversion funnels specific to B2B and B2C pathways
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with tech and operations teams to align digital campaign  efforts with business developments
  • Work with marketing creative team to develop targeted content strategies that resonate with both individual consumers and business decision-makers
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • BSc. in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing with demonstrated success in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Experience with hyper-personalised marketing techniques and micro-targeting
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills to effectively address both consumer and business audiences
  • Experience with both high-value B2B lead generation
  • Knowledge of industry-specific marketing regulations and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models across complex customer journeys
  • Experience with marketing tech stacks that support both B2B and B2C operations
  • Background in managing marketing budgets across multiple channels and audience segments
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to switch between granular consumer focus and broader business perspectives
  • Excellent prioritisation skills to balance resources between B2B and B2C initiatives
  • Adaptability to quickly pivot strategies based on performance data
  • Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
