Responsibilites:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new users and retain existing ones, optimizing conversion funnels to increase platform adoption.
- Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, SEO, influencer marketing, paid ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze user data, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Engage with crypto communities, foster relationships, and create educational content to enhance user loyalty and trust.
- Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to align growth strategies with product development and regulatory compliance.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including user growth, transaction volume, and engagement metrics, to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a growth, marketing, or user acquisition role, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
- Familiarity with Nigeria’s crypto landscape and regulatory environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
