Job Summary

This is your chance to lead Venco’s client acquisition and revenue growth in Nigeria. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll take charge of business development, build relationships with top property developers and managers, and close deals that shape how entire communities operate. We’re after a hands-on, driven business builder, someone who can spot opportunity a mile away, make the right moves, and deliver results.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of growing Venco’s footprint across Nigeria from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Work side-by-side with the Nigeria Country Lead to align strategies and deliver against aggressive market goals.
  • Build a strong pipeline of property developers, estate managers, resident associations, and facility managers.
  • Pitch Venco’s value proposition with confidence, negotiate terms, and drive winning outcomes.
  • Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships across the real estate and community management ecosystem.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in Nigeria’s booming residential and commercial real estate markets and lead new growth initiatives.
  • Track your pipeline religiously, optimize and tweak for higher conversions.
  • Represent Venco at key industry events, forums, and exhibitions to boost brand visibility.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in Nigeria’s real estate or technology space.
  • A deal closer with a strong record of hitting and exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Well-connected within Nigeria’s real estate, facility management, or PropTech sectors.
  • Highly independent, self-driven, and passionate about winning.
  • Excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder.
  • Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture while executing on today’s goals.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
