Job Summary

We seek a creative, data-driven Growth & Engagement Lead to drive user growth and brand visibility through content, digital marketing, social media, and offline outreach. You’ll craft campaigns, manage platforms, and build community connections to scale our presence and shape our brand voice.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Digital & Social Media Marketing:

  • Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
  • Create compelling digital content including short-form videos, graphics, and marketing copy.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
  • Launch and manage paid ad campaigns and monitor performance (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Analyze engagement data and optimize content and campaigns accordingly.


Content Creation & Brand Messaging:

  • Produce original, high-quality content (video, photo, written) tailored to our target users.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Generate campaign concepts for product launches, promotions, and awareness.
  • Work closely with product and design teams to align content with platform features and user needs.


Community & Offline Marketing:

  • Plan and execute offline campaigns like flyers, branded events, pop-ups, and user onboarding drives.
  • Engage directly with early adopters to build relationships and gather feedback.
  • Organize and attend local community meetups or activations to promote brand awareness.
  • Build a street-level marketing strategy targeting key locations and demographics.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Strong portfolio of content (especially short-form video and social campaigns).
  • Experience running paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, or TikTok).
  • Ability to create graphics and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.
  • Experience managing brand social channels and engaging with online communities.
  • Willingness and ability to work in the field as needed for offline campaigns.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous experience in a startup or tech-driven environment is a plus.
