Key Responsibilities:

Grant Seeking and Management: Identify, research, and pursue grant opportunities from public and private sources.Prepare high-quality grant proposals, applications, and reports.Manage grant compliance and reporting requirements.

Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that includes individual donors, corporate partnerships, and social enterprise initiatives.Cultivate relationships with potential donors and partners.

Impact Funding: Identify and pursue impact investment opportunities aligned with our mission.Collaborate with stakeholders to measure and communicate the impact of funding.

Donor Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with current donors.Implement effective donor stewardship and recognition programs.Expand the donor base through outreach and engagement.

Government and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with local government agencies, high-level stakeholders, and community partners.Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events.
