The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and influential communications leader to join a high performing global communications team.
Your role will be to partner with our global People team to design an engaging, targeted and impactful global communications strategy and plan that brings our People agenda to life. You will be the communications leader for developing our employee value proposition (EVP) helping to embed the ethos of our culture and experience across all our communications, as well as leading on globally strategic People programmes. You will also be responsible for creating engaging People stories, and creating new and innovative ways to share them with our members.
You will be a confident communications leader who is creative, adds value, thinks differently and brings team members, regional colleagues and key stakeholders along with you to achieve the desired outcomes and business objectives.

We are looking for people who:
Are educated to degree level or hold a recognised Communications/Journalism qualification Have proven experience of managing and leading global campaigns and communications at a global level. Have the ability to translate business information into clear engaging content and campaigns. Have outstanding stakeholder management skills with an ability to assess a situation and confidently influence and challenge, and define the best approach to achieve the desired outcome.
