Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ability to create and spearhead content/ innovation.
- Ability to communicate with online customers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok and calls)
- Ability to pack laptops or other gadgets for delivery within Lagos and Nationwide.
- Ability to send text messages weekly to partners and customers. Follow the company’s calendar daily.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND in any related field
- No experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- This position is preferably open to female candidates
Location: Applicant must live within Ikeja, Oshodi, Agege, Ogba, and Berger.
