The Farm Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all farm operations to ensure efficient production, profitability, and sustainability. The role involves managing crop cultivation, livestock production (where applicable), farm workers, equipment, budgets, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee daily farm operations.
- Supervise and manage farm workers and contractors.
- Develop and implement crop production and livestock management programs.
- Monitor planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting activities.
- Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Prepare and manage farm budgets, expenses, and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Monitor farm productivity and recommend improvements.
- Source and manage farm inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, feeds, and chemicals.
- Prepare periodic reports on farm performance and profitability.
- Coordinate marketing and sales of farm produce.
- Implement modern farming techniques and technologies to improve yield and efficiency.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- A minimum of an OND in a related field.
