Factory Worker

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production, processing, packaging, and labeling of products.
• Operate production machines and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Sort, inspect, and package finished products for distribution.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects or quality issues.
• Report faulty products, machine malfunctions, or production challenges to the supervisor.
• Follow quality control procedures and company production standards.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Move materials within the factory using approved handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization when required.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on duty.
• Report workplace hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other production staff.
• Participate in shift meetings and training sessions.
• Carry out other production-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and repetitive work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
