- Proven experience as a Facility Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve facility issues efficiently
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
