Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively market and promote our hotels and apartments to individuals, groups, and corporate guest.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and partnerships (e.g. Trainings, Conference, Seminars, NGO Program Event... )
- Create and execute marketing strategies to increase room bookings and event sales.
- Maintain regular communication with the company's sales or reservations team.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and excellence at all times.
- Provide periodic reports on marketing activities and results
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (experience in hospitality is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking ability and confidence in pitching services.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Access to a laptop or smartphone with internet connection.
