Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator machines safely and efficiently for excavation and site operations
- Carry out digging, trenching, loading, leveling, and land clearing activities
- Inspect equipment daily before and after operation to ensure proper functionality
- Report mechanical faults and maintenance needs promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company operational procedures
- Work closely with site supervisors and other operators to achieve project goals
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of equipment at all times
- Follow project instructions and complete assigned tasks within deadlines
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience operating excavators
- Valid operator license or certification is an added advantage
- Good understanding of equipment maintenance and safety procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and in different site conditions
- Physically fit and capable of working long hours when required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
