Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and websites.
- Create engaging content for online advertising, social media, blogs, and marketing materials that align with brand objectives and drive customer engagement.
- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), including posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM strategies, and CRM systems to analyze website traffic and digital campaign performance.
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated funnels aimed at lead generation and customer retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop online sales strategies and support conversion goals through digital initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Manage and optimize digital ad budgets, ensuring high-impact placements and audience targeting.
- Stay current with emerging digital tools, trends, and best practices, recommending new strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and online sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, etc.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
