Digital Property Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

Landlord & Guests Outreach Campaigns

• Formulate a strong digital marketing campaign and sales acquisition strategy
• Target Landlords & Guest using various sales strategies, digital channels & social media platforms to find converting leads
• Use email marketing and ad campaigns to acquire fresh leads continuously
• Research and target landlords for rent-to-rent and property management deals
• Use digital marketing & email marketing skills to acquire fresh leads continually
• Maintain CRM, strategically acquire bookings, and schedule follow-ups

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Support

• Create social media content and schedule daily posts, ads, and engaging content on Facebook Groups, Gumtree, WhatsApp Broadcast, and Instagram.
• Respond to leads enquiries quickly and professionally across various platforms
• Optimise and repost listings on various platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, vrbo, and Google Business.
• Liaise with third-party support and management teams and other team members

Requirements:

• Strong written English and social messaging confidence
• 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or lead generation (VA and real estate experience  is a plus but not mandatory)
• Excellent at Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, Gumtree, and listing platforms
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Trello, Slack, UK property Platforms, Google Docs
• Highly organised, independent, and results-driven
