Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Optimize content and campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality marketing materials.
  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is accurate and optimized for SEO.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
