Job Summary

We are looking to hire a digital marketing specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies and managing social media and online advertising campaigns, you will also analyze website traffic and user behavior, and optimize content and advertising effectiveness to increase conversion rates. You will be working with other departments to ensure marketing activities support company business goals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Develop online promotion plans based on the company's business goals, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.
  • Manage social media platforms: Create and publish content, maintain the company's social media accounts, and increase brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Online advertising management: Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc., to ensure efficient use of advertising budgets.
  • Content creation and management: Write and publish high-quality blog posts, press releases, case studies, etc., to ensure that the content is in line with the interests and needs of the target audience.
  • Website traffic and conversion rate analysis: Use tools such as Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior and provide optimization suggestions to increase conversion rates.
  • Email marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including mailing list management, content creation and effect evaluation.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with the sales team and customer service team to ensure that marketing activities support business goals and provide necessary data and tools.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of digital marketing experience, familiar with SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools (such as Hootsuite).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Data analysis skills, able to provide actionable marketing suggestions based on data.
  • Sensitive to market trends, innovative thinking and strong execution capabilities.
