Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
• Managing SEO/SEM, content and email marketing, newsletter, marketing database, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Developing marketing strategy and planning for online advertising campaigns.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Assessing important metrics that influence the website traffic, and target audience.
• Monitoring the performance of digital channels to ensure they reach their target audiences and generate quality leads.
• Establishing end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategies that align with the needs and goals of the businesses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing or advertising position.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on campaigns, community management, newsletter marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
• Proficient in using marketing automation tools e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, analytics platforms e.g., Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas, identify target audiences, and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and a good understanding of different social media platforms, and website analytics.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos.

Remuneration: NGN150.000-200,000 monthly
