Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Creating comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Identifying target audiences and understanding their online behavior.
  • Selecting the most effective digital channels and tactics to reach those audiences.
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engines, websites).
  • Setting campaign budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Optimizing campaigns to maximize results and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Developing engaging and relevant content that attracts and resonates with the target audience (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics).
  • Ensuring content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience.
  • Managing content calendars and schedules.
  • Implementing strategies to improve website ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Conducting keyword research and optimizing website content and structure.
  • Building backlinks and monitoring website performance.
  • Developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
  • Creating and scheduling social media content.
  • Managing social media communities and interacting with followers.
  • Analyzing social media metrics and reporting on performance.
  • Managing paid advertising campaigns on search engines (SEM/PPC) and social media platforms.
  • Conducting keyword research for ad targeting.
  • Creating compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Monitoring ad performance and optimizing campaigns for return on investment (ROI).
  • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and communicate with customers.
  • Building and segmenting email lists.
  • Creating engaging email content.
  • Analyzing email campaign metrics and improving deliverability.
  • Tracking and analyzing website traffic, campaign performance, and other digital marketing metrics.
  • Using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gather data and insights.
  • Generating reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Using data to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
