We operate online businesses across diverse industry verticals, and we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with in-depth knowledge of the latest digital media strategies and tools for marketing purposes, and the ability to lead our digital marketing team.
a) Lead the digital marketing team through strategic oversight, providing clear direction from strategy to execution of website development projects and digital marketing campaigns.
b) Provide training, mentoring, and supervision of performance, for the digital marketing team (both current and in the future).
c) Develop digital media strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
d) Establish online presence; promote the company’s products and services through social media and other online mediums to boost brand awareness.
e) Run day to day social media and search engine optimization (SEO) audits to ensure best practices are being used.
f) Maintain SEO keyword research and other best practices to increase web traffic.
g) Create, analyze and share marketing and sales funnel reports.
h) Create visual concepts for promotional activities; and also create a unique brand identity online.
i) Research, recommend and drive targeted marketing plans across different social media platforms to improve user experience.
j) Increase the company’s sales through online marketing.
k) Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies.
l) Prepare accurate reports on our marketing strategies’ overall performance; evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
m) Ensure the smooth operation of our different websites and web businesses across board.
n) Work with the digital marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
a) Proven experience developing and implementing integrated media and marketing programs, including website development, SEM, SEO, content marketing, video and display advertising;
b) Familiarity with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies in Digital Marketing;
c) Effective leadership and time management skills;
d) Strong written and verbal communication skills;
e) Ability to drive strategic initiatives, and increase web traffic via SEO;
f) Hands-on experience with digital marketing software and marketing automation;
g) Quality content writing and content management skills;
h) Strong understanding of WordPress, Shopify (or willingness to learn Shopify);
i) Working knowledge of graphic designs, video editing et al;
j) Attention to details;
k) Ability to multitask;
l) Ability to meet deadlines;
m) Ability to work remotely.
· BSc in Marketing or related field.
· Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
· Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or related field will be an advantage.
