Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies, leveraging SEO, Google and Meta Ads, and targeted email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee budget allocation, monitor ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns through data-driven insights using Google Analytics and CRM tools.
  • Develop high-performance landing pages and lead-generation funnels to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Ensure seamless alignment between marketing initiatives and sales efforts, fostering collaboration to enhance lead conversion and business growth.


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for e-commerce expertise.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and CRM platforms; certifications in Google Analytics and HubSpot are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid search performance.
  • Expertise in email marketing and persuasive copywriting to enhance customer engagement.
  • Ability to align marketing initiatives with sales strategies for seamless lead conversion.
  • Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data insights for continuous optimization.
