- Design and execute comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies, leveraging SEO, Google and Meta Ads, and targeted email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Oversee budget allocation, monitor ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns through data-driven insights using Google Analytics and CRM tools.
- Develop high-performance landing pages and lead-generation funnels to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure seamless alignment between marketing initiatives and sales efforts, fostering collaboration to enhance lead conversion and business growth.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for e-commerce expertise.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and CRM platforms; certifications in Google Analytics and HubSpot are a plus.
- Deep understanding of SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid search performance.
- Expertise in email marketing and persuasive copywriting to enhance customer engagement.
- Ability to align marketing initiatives with sales strategies for seamless lead conversion.
