Job Description/Requirements
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing plan that includes social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and other online advertising channels.
- Creating and managing social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to promote the organization's products and opportunities to potential customers and recruits.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Managing and analyzing website traffic and performance to optimize conversions and user engagement.
- Developing and distributing compelling content such as blog posts, videos, and infographics to attract and retain customers and recruits.
- Collaborating with the sales team to create effective sales and marketing campaigns that drive revenue and growth for the organization.
- Monitoring and tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve performance.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and network marketing industries.
- Ability to design professional-looking websites, sales funnels, and automation with email marketing
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the network marketing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Optimisepress, Calendly, type form, manychat etc.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other online advertising channels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for network marketing and a desire to help others succeed in the industry
