- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance metrics and social media insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with digital marketing and social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of online engagement.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve desired outcomes within allocated budgets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as product, design, and customer service to ensure a unified brand voice and consistent customer experience.
- Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by interacting with users, responding to comments/messages, and proactively addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage with brand advocates, influencers, and partners to amplify brand reach and create impactful partnerships.
Requirements:
- Academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Knowledge about the fintech or financial services sector is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
