Job Summary

As the Digital Marketing and Social Media Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive customer engagement. Your role will require you to blend your expertise in digital marketing techniques with a deep understanding of social media trends to create a cohesive online brand experience that builds brand loyalty and drives business results.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with our business goals. 
  • Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and community growth.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, relevant, and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, infographics, and written content, that resonates with our target audience.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span across digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance metrics and social media insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with digital marketing and social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of online engagement.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve desired outcomes within allocated budgets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as product, design, and customer service to ensure a unified brand voice and consistent customer experience.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by interacting with users, responding to comments/messages, and proactively addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage with brand advocates, influencers, and partners to amplify brand reach and create impactful partnerships. 


Requirements:

  • Academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Knowledge about the fintech or financial services sector is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
