Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly update and maintain website content, product listings, and visuals.
  • Coordinate with developers for technical support and site improvements.
  • Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and easy to navigate.
  • Create, schedule, and publish compelling content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage reviews.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars and engagement strategies.
  • Design and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails using platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to refine campaigns.
  • Build and manage SMS marketing campaigns for promotions and updates.
  • Segment audiences to send targeted and personalized messages.
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Conduct A/B tests, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to ensure strong ROI.
  • Provide detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop marketing assets (brochures, flyers, social media graphics) that align with the brand's visual identity.
  • Use tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to design content.
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and ad dashboards.
  • Provide monthly reports with insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure messaging, tone, and visuals reflect the company’s values and voice.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially in product-based or food businesses.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools.
  • Strong content writing and visual design skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks remotely.
  • Reliable access to electricity, high-speed internet, and a functional laptop/PC.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website content management systems (like WordPress or Shopify).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Previous experience working in remote teams or freelance digital roles.
  • Uninterrupted electricity or a backup power solution.
  • Stable and high-speed internet suitable for video calls, large file uploads, and web-based marketing tools.
  • A laptop or desktop computer capable of handling creative and analytics software.
