Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Research on industry-related topics
- Ability to develop and implement social media strategy for our Instagram, Facebook page, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Create and curate content for social media platforms that align with the brand's voice and tone while keeping up with the latest social media trends.
- Engage with customers on all our social media platforms, respond to comments and messages
- Monitor social media analytics, review, and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Provide product information and recommendations. Close Sales and forward orders to the operations manager.
- Take customers' orders via WhatsApp and Social media channels and forward concluded orders to operations to execute.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Take and resolve customer complaints and issues in collaboration with the operations team (on logistics issues) and the CEO (on other issues)
Requirements:
- OND/HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, email platforms like Mailchimp/Klaviyo).
- Proficient in social media management and content planning tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
